Poli Bortone - the ministers of defense and 'internal - Given that:

l'articolo 19 della legge n. 183 del 2010, rubricato "Specificità delle Forze armate, delle Forze di polizia e del Corpo nazionale dei vigili del fuoco ", stabilisce, tra le altre cose, che, ai fini della tutela economica, pensionistica e previdenziale, è riconosciuta la specificità del ruolo del Corpo nazionale dei Vigili del fuoco , nonché dello stato giuridico del personale ad essi appartenente, in virtù dei peculiari requisiti di efficienza operativa richiesti e i correlati impieghi in attività usuranti;
