OGGETTO: PIANO NAZIONALE PER IL SUD

Mentre si punta a rendere costante e visibile la presenza dello Stato nelle attività di contrasto alla criminalità, non si assicura una analoga presenza dello Stato nell’altro aspetto fondamentale dell’intero sistema della sicurezza, ormai troppo spesso trascurato, ovvero quella della pubblica e privata incolumità in ogni evento accidentale (anche naturale).
Mentre si punta al rafforzamento della collaborazione di tutte le strutture preposte alla sicurezza ed alla tutela dell’ordine pubblico, non si pensa a rendere efficienti ed a rafforzare le funzioni di polizia giudiziaria svolte dal Corpo Nazionale nell’ambito delle proprie competenze, mediante l’istituzione e la perfetta funzionalità, in ogni Comando provinciale, dei nuclei di polizia giudiziaria, impedendo così che le forze dell’ordine siano distolte dal presidio del territorio e dalla lotta alla criminalità, per venire incontro alle attività dei Vigili del Fuoco che, in assenza i propri nuclei judicial police, it is often unable to fulfill its obligations in the specific field in question, the abrupt concatenation of urgent technical assistance activities, which may not necessarily be reduced by the time necessary to fulfill the judicial police, had had to request support law enforcement officials.
