After paragraph 6, add the following :
6.1. To ensure the viability and effectiveness of national emergency aid, the Ministry of the Interior is authorized to take indefinitely in the National Body of Fire, by December 31, 2011, aspiring fighters del Fuoco dichiarati idonei ed ancora presenti nella graduatoria di cui al decreto ministeriale 28 aprile 2008, n. 1996. Agli oneri derivanti, valutati in 20 milioni di euro, si provvede attingendo ai fondi di cui all'articolo 2, comma 209, della legge 23 dicembre 2009, n. 191.

Dopo l'articolo 1, aggiungere il seguente:
Art. 1- bis. - (Ulteriore proroga non onerosa di termine in scadenza). - 1. Sono extended to 31 December 2011, lists of suitable candidates as per the decree of the Ministry of the Interior No 1996 April 28, 2008 relating to the National Body of Fire formed in accordance with Article 1, paragraphs 519 and 526 of 27 December 2006, n. 296, as amended.

After paragraph 6, add the following:
6.1. Are extended to December 31, 2011 the ranking of suitable candidates as per the decree of the Ministry of the Interior No 1996 of 2008 relating to National Body of Fire formed in accordance with Article 1, paragraphs 519 and 526 of Law 296 of 2006, as amended. At its burden, estimated at 5 million € for 2011, for by a corresponding reduction of the allocation of special fund in the current account in writing, for the three-year budget 2011-2013, as part of the 'reserve funds and special' Mission "fund to be divided" state budget of the Ministry of Economy and Finance for the year 2011, making partial use provisions related to all categories.

Art. 1- bis. - (Ulteriore proroga non onerosa di termine in scadenza). - 1. Sono prorogate al 31 dicembre 2011 le graduatorie degli idonei di cui al decreto del Ministero dell'Interno n. 1996 del 28 aprile 2008 relative al Corpo nazionale dei Vigili del Fuoco formate ai sensi dell'articolo 1, commi 519 e 526 della legge 27 dicembre 2006, n. 296 e successive modificazioni.
