| Dear friends, we received a plea for help to support a fundraiser for little Nicholas, aged eight, son of one of our colleagues serving in Caserta, suffering from a brain tumor and already the subject of numerous in Italy who have not, alas, solved the patient's disease, can hope to be cured through the intervention of an American doctor.
