FUND SECURITY AND DEFENSE: THE PRESIDENT BERLUSCONI KEEP COMMITMENTS WITH THE POLICE, THE ARMED FORCES AND THE FIRE
is tomorrow in Rome the Supreme Defense Council chaired by the President of the Republic, which will be attended by the Chairman of the Council and the Ministers of the holders of the Fund Security and Defense Ministries.
Unions of the State Police, Prison Police, the State Forestry Commission and the national fire service and military representatives of the Financial Police and the Army, Marina, Aeronautica e Guardia Costiera, chiedono che il Presidente del Consiglio Berlusconi in tale occasione si riappropri della propria funzione di garante supremo delle decisioni del Governo e dia attuazione agli impegni personalmente assunti nei confronti degli uomini e delle donne di questo importantissimo e delicato settore del nostro Paese.
La presenza di tutti i ministri interessati costituirà l’occasione per assumere finalmente decisioni condivise che il Governo sorprendentemente non è riuscito, per ultimo ad approvare nel corso dell’ultimo Consiglio dei Ministri, sgombrando il campo dal fondato timore che con il supposto “teatrino” del palleggiamento delle responsabilità decisionali in capo a singoli ministri, si stia in realtà, attuando oltre ai danni subiti dal personale di questi Comparti con i noti già tagli, anche la beffa ed un’autentica presa in giro nei confronti dei tutori e dei garanti delle Istituzioni democratiche di questo Paese, peraltro, proprio alla vigilia delle celebrazioni del 150° anniversario dell’unità d’Italia.
Non si contano ormai più gli interventi pubblici e privati, gli impegni assunti ai tavoli istituzionali e contrattuali ed i tentativi finora risultati vani di proporre emendamenti o interventi legislativi per correggere gli effetti devastanti dell’art. 9 commi 1 e 21 della legge 122/2010 da parte dei ministri concerned and the prime minister himself to reassure operators of the Funds on the intention of Government to ensure the specificity of security, defense and public assistance.
